I have 2 main rooms in a property needing the skirting boards and door frames painting.

Water coming through the garage roof in two places whenever it rains hard. Single garage, felt roof, at least 15 years old. Honest opinion wanted: patch it or bite the bullet and re-felt.

Old apple tree is shading half the garden and hasn't been pruned in years — needs a proper shape-up, not a hack job. Borders want cutting back and green waste taking away too.

Five years of school runs and one very muddy spaniel. After a proper inside-and-out valet: seats shampooed, boot done, wheels and trim brought back up. Can be done on our drive.

Three 6ft panels between us and next door came down last weekend — posts look okay, just the panels split. Like-for-like lap panels is fine. Sooner the better before the dog works it out.
